Maintenance or any service: All sales are final. So be sure that you try 1 month first before to test your network.
Devices: 100% Money Back Guarantee applies only upon return of an undamaged device within 14 days of shipping and devices must include all components. Please include copy of the receipt. Consumer responsible for return shipping.
Activation and maintenance fees are due to the upkeep of the hosting server. Each device that connects to our server, enables our server to work harder. These fees help keep things running smoothly for our customers.
When you receive our new 1 month or 3 month as advertised. You lose all rights to the old legacy user.
Yes, this service is legal in the U.S. as long as the provider you’re streaming from has purchased the appropriate licenses for the streamed content and is not infringing any copyright laws. You can always check streaming laws in your country.
Doesn’t matter if you have a 50/100/200 mbps connection, as that speed is internal from your ISP to your home. You do not know what the external speed is. It can also be your ISP connection during peak time hours ( too many users using the same ISP in your neighborhood is a big problem. Before contacting us check the following :
- If you have buffering on 1-2 channels, you may contact us.
If its more than 2 channels, then it is an internet/device problem
Switch off modem/router and check again
If the problem persists then call your ISP to do a hard modem reset
If you still experience problems than this service is not for you. This service does not work like Youtube/Netflix, if connection drops 0.1% you will have buffering . It must be stable at all times.
If you are a new customer, try 1 month first
This service is a web based service and while we offer many popular news and network channels (both basic and premium), it is not location specific. You may need to utilize a digital antenna to access those channels, But many local channels now offer apps you can install or you may be able to utilize the built in web browser to browse to local websites to view content.
We recommend a minimum 30+ Mbps connection/device speed to stream with minimal issues.

To clean the cache on your Fire Stick
- Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
- Select Applications.
- In Manage Installed Applications, select the app you are having trouble with.
- Select Clear Cache,
- Select Force Stop
- Select Launch Application
- If your remote doesn’t pair automatically, press the Home button until “Press to start” appears on-screen (about 10 seconds).
- Move your remote closer to your Fire TV device, within 10 ft (3 m).
- Remove the batteries from your remote and wait 30 seconds.
- Put the batteries back in and then press and hold the Home button again.
- Reset your Fire TV remote.
