THE LEGACY
Anthony D. Rivers worked efficiently at his new beginning in life. Every obstacle that he faced, he viewed it as an opportunity to get better. No matter how tough things were in life, he was going to hustle, and strive for greatness. Anthony’s new beginning came to an end, when he tragically lost his life to senseless gun violence.
Anthony “A1” Rivers was always willing to help others. To honor his legacy, A New Beginning: Anthony D. Rivers Memorial Scholarship will help others that are hustling to make a change in their life.
THE SCHOLARSHIP
A New Beginning: Anthony D. Rivers Memorial Scholarship was created for students who have been incarcerated or convicted of a crime. Students who are in the second year of their program, will be eligible for this scholarship.
